I’m Mary, a 24-year-old from Manchester. I’m embarrassingly keen about wellness, writing and giving myself every opportunity to live a beautiful and positive life in this crazy world.
I have an undergraduate and masters degree in Psychology, and have begun to bore my friends and family to tears with my ramblings about the importance of good food and being mindful – so if you are reading this, congratulations! The burden of my beliefs has now fallen upon your shoulders.
In a nutshell, I’m using this blog as a vessel to carry the narration of my journey in self-development (that sentence sounded really good in my head). I’m trying out a lot of new stuff and hitting a few bumps along the way, but ‘every experience is an experience’, or something, so why on earth not?
I don’t take myself too seriously and I definitely don’t know everything, so please give me a nudge if I’ve got anything wrong (especially with the gardening stuff… so not as easy as Alan Titchmarsh makes it look).
So YAY! I hope you enjoy.
Lots of love!
